Yoga session with Be and NSG

Be and LGBT+ Northern Social Group have joined together to bring yoga sessions to members of the LGBTQ+ community in a safe and accessible location.

We will be continuing our yoga sessions at Recoco in Newcastle - No 1 Carliol Square, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6UF.

Everyone wanting to partake please email office@lgbtnsg.com as a form will have to be filled out with information for our lovely yoga teacher, Louise. Adaptations will be looked into for all ability levels however may not be possible. If you have any further questions, please email above. If you have attended previously you do not need to fill in form again but please do confirm attendance via email.

This session is a pay what you feel/can as we believe no one should be priced out of the experience and safe space, our guide price is £4 per session however donation box is completely private. Mats are provided, all you need to do is turn up with comfy clothes and bring a drink if needed.
